Credit rules
Paid plans include a monthly pool of SMS/WhatsApp messages. Each SMS or WhatsApp alert consumes one credit. Credits reset on the calendar month; unused credits do not roll over.
Email, Telegram, webhooks, Slack, Discord, Teams, and PagerDuty do not use SMS credits.
