SMS setup
SMS is available on paid plans with monthly credits (Starter, Pro, Business). Add Contact → SMS, enter phone in E.164 format (e.g. +447911123456).
Credits reset each calendar month and do not roll over. WhatsApp on Pro+ shares the same credit pool.
