Learn what the SurePing dashboard shows — monitor health, recent incidents, uptime stats, and quick actions.
What you see on the dashboard
The dashboard is the first page after you log in. It summarises how your monitors are performing right now: how many are up, down, or paused, and any open incidents that need attention.
Recent check results and response-time trends help you spot degradation before a full outage. Use the sidebar to jump to Monitors, Alert Contacts, Status Pages, Billing, and Settings.
Quick actions
From the Monitors page you can add a new monitor, run an on-demand check, pause monitoring during maintenance, or open a monitor detail view for history and charts.
If the scheduler health banner appears at the top of the app, checks may be delayed — wait a few minutes and refresh. Persistent banners usually mean the background worker needs attention on the server side.
