Slack setup
Create an incoming webhook in Slack
In Slack: Apps → Incoming Webhooks (or workspace settings → Integrations). Add to the channel where alerts should appear.
Copy the webhook URL
The URL looks like https://hooks.slack.com/services/T.../B.../...
Add in SurePing
Alert Contacts → Add Contact → Slack. Paste the webhook URL. Slack counts as a premium integration on lower plans.
