On-call paging via PagerDuty.

Trigger PagerDuty incidents from SurePing using an Events API v2 integration key.

PagerDuty setup

  1. Create an integration in PagerDuty

    In your PagerDuty service, add an Events API v2 integration and copy the Integration Key.

  2. Add in SurePing

    Alert Contacts → Add Contact → PagerDuty. Paste the integration key (10–64 characters).
